Observation

The applicant has some choking hazards present in the space such as button inserts for outlets and play coins. The exterior stairways off of the deck have stairs accessible to toddlers. There are no handrails down from the deck to the upper outdoor play area. Plastic gloves were placed on the diaper changing table making them accessible to children if children in care. Electrical outlets accessible to children are not TR type or covered by blank plates.
